Shop Policies, Returns, & Exchanges

Please keep in mind that you are supporting a small family business and shopping custom products so all sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges. But we do look at returns on a case to case basis and always work with the customer to get a solution.  

Damages and issues : It is important that you thoroughly examine your order upon receiving it and inform us of any defects or issues within 15 days of the delivery date. If you happen to receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can address the problem and find a suitable solution. Additionally, please refer to the "CARE and MAINTENANCE" section for tips on how to properly care for your items. It should be noted that we cannot be held liable for any damages or issues that arise after the 15-day period following the delivery date.

 Lost or Stolen Packages :  The customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. Unfortunately, We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.

Please remember to double check your address and spelling to avoid errors in shipment. The customer is fully responsible for any mistaken addresses or errors due to incorrect address entries. The customer is also responsible to re-pay the shipping costs for re-shipping If for some reason, the package is sent back to me. 

Shipping :  We try to ship within 2-5 business days when the items are in stock or as soon as they become available to ship ( for pre-orders). We ship USPS 2-3 day priority or UPS ground.

Shipping delay is possible, and expected, especially during the holidays . Unfortunately, we are unable to help with delayed packages.
